Across my career, I've led teams through every stage of growth — from early-stage startups finding product-market fit to established companies navigating scale, complexity, and shifting customer expectations. I've always loved the work. But over the past few years, I realized something important: the part that gets me out of bed in the morning isn't the code, the roadmap, or the operations.
It is helping leaders and teams unlock clarity, momentum, and meaningful results.
That realization is what led me to create Gusto4Tech.
I partner with founders, executives, and teams as a consulting and fractional leader — not because I want to "sell services," but because I genuinely enjoy helping organizations grow with intention, build healthier systems, and navigate the shift into AI-native ways of working.
What I Focus On
Scaling with clarity, without chaos
Growth exposes the cracks. I help teams design the org structures, roles, and leadership practices that make scaling feel purposeful instead of chaotic. Layering the right process, automation, and accountability over that foundation really accelerates the team.
Building organizational efficiency that sticks
Most teams don't need more process; they need better alignment. I work with leaders to streamline decision-making, reduce friction between functions, and create operating models that support fast, confident execution.
Transforming into AI-native organizations with higher quality outcomes
AI isn't a feature; it's a new way of working — and it is here to stay. I help teams rethink workflows across Product, Engineering, and Operations so AI becomes a multiplier for speed, quality, and customer experience. This all brings change that matters.
This work energizes me because it's not theoretical. It's practical, human, and deeply impactful. In my last role we modernized legacy codebases to leverage AI tooling and dramatically improved automated test coverage, cutting regression cycles from days to hours and increasing release velocity.
Why I'm Building Software Again
For years, I carried around product ideas that were too big for a single founder to execute — ideas that required design, engineering, content, and iteration cycles that only a full team could support.
AI changed that.
AI-native workflows now let small teams, and even solo founders, build meaningful software. I'm using those same practices myself, turning my concepts into real products.
OrbFall is the first. It's a small but intentional example of what is now possible — a complete game experience built with modern engineering practices, AI-accelerated workflows, and a tight feedback loop. It's also a way for me to stay close to real engineering while demonstrating the same systems I help clients adopt. With only 20 hours of keyboard time, I was able to release the game to a limited audience. More details in future posts.
Where This Is Going
Gusto4Tech is about leadership, clarity, and helping organizations build momentum — whether through advising, fractional support, or hands-on transformation work. It's also about exploring what's possible when AI removes the barriers that have limited teams for so long.
If you are navigating growth, complexity, or the shift toward AI-native processes and operations, I'd love to talk about what's possible.
We're at an inflection point where leadership, clarity, and AI are converging — and teams need guidance more than ever to balance the change with improved results.
