Scott is a senior technology leader with over two decades of experience helping companies and nonprofits build, scale, and modernize engineering and operational organizations. His background spans AdTech, gaming, public safety, retail, live events, and food and beverage. This gives him a uniquely broad perspective on how teams operate under pressure, at scale, and in highly regulated or community-driven environments.
He has led engineering at Microsoft, supporting more than $3B in annual ad revenue. He expanded Motorola Solutions' cloud infrastructure team from 14 to over 125 engineers while achieving ISO 27001, SOC2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and CJIS compliance. He also improved stability and cost efficiency at Drizly by more than 20 percent. Most recently, he led platform engineering across 15 product lines at Versaterm.
A two-time founder with successful exits and a nonprofit founder, Scott advises organizations on engineering leadership, organizational design, and AI-native development practices. He brings clarity, momentum, and modern systems to teams navigating growth or transformation.
